Job Description

Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse operators to carry out daily warehouse operations effectively.
Coordinate shipment schedules with the Customer Service Team and liaise with service providers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and ensure that all inbound and outbound activities meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet customer order demands.
Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper housekeeping of inventory to maintain accuracy and organization.
Promote and enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience will be an added advantage
Forklift license will be an added advantage
