• Position : Field Service Engineer / Technician (Heavy Industrial Equipments) - Up to $4,500 – Bukit Batok

• Location : Bukit Batok

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.00PM 

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Company Mobile Line

• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities: 

• To perform service and repair jobs in the service field operation.

• To proactively market the sales of Service Contract, Machine Repair and Maintenance to new and existing customers.

• To provide technical expertise to all under his responsibility and assist Service team in trouble shooting and machine issues.

• To provide service team with technical expertise on machine trouble shooting and breakdown analysis.

• Organize product demo according to the needs of the customer.

• Plan visits to customers and report on the visit conducted.

• To offer service contracts to customers promptly or within one months of equipment delivery; with the assistance of Service Manager.

• To ensure a Service Report is filled up and signed by the customer upon completion of every service jobs.

• To perform service jobs in the after-sales service operation and workshop service.

• To be responsible for all the service tools and equipment issued, including company vehicle.

• To keep track and record all the spare parts and inventory.

• To observe the company’s safety policy, housekeeping, and operation procedures in the course of work.

• Assisting in overseeing parts and/or service sales and delivery to customers.

• Assisting General Manager in overseeing Parts and/ or Service sales and delivery to customers.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 4 years of service experience in heavy duty equipment

• Ability to read electrical diagram, hydraulic schematics

• Basic computer skills, including experience with entering documentation/notes about repairs

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only
