Responsibilities :

• Design and implement targeted sales strategies to win new projects and expand market presence.

• Proactively identify prospective clients, build rapport, and cultivate long-term business relationships.

• Craft and deliver customized proposals, bids, and technical presentations to showcase project capabilities.

• Handle contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and deliverables, with clients and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project costings, budgets, and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Evaluate resource, labor, and equipment expenses to ensure cost-efficiency and competitiveness.

• Assist in managing contracts, preparing tender documents, and coordinating bid submissions.

• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to maintain project consistency.

• Track project progress to ensure adherence to contracts, timelines, and budget constraints.
