We are working with an esteemed MNC in the real-estate development industry to look for an in-house Legal Counsel/ Senior Legal Counsel/ Legal Manager

Salary: +- SGD 7K

Legal Counsel/ Senior Legal Counsel/ Contract Manager

Job Description

• Draft, review, and recommend on contract terms for construction and property projects

• Drafting on nondisclosure agreements and processes

• Formulate contractural responses to project tender

• Supports or interfaces with Site Ops, Projects and communications, meetings with relevant authorities

• Advise on regulatory compliance, project delivery, risk management, and dispute avoidance for investments and project

• Assisting clients in dispute resolution or corporate, commercial, arbitration, and civil litigation matters

• Provide commercially workable and enforceable legal solutions

• Advise on tender processes, regulatory compliance, project delivery, risk management and dispute avoidance for investments and project

Requirement

• A degree in Law or equivalent

• Experience in Legal / law service specializes in the construction and property industry within Singapore

• Experience in the construction contract process
