Full set accounts (AP AR GL GST)

3-6 yrs exp

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly cash position and cash flow forecast for submission to holding company.

• Prepare and post journal entries for payroll expenses.

• Issue ad-hoc cheques for new joiner and resignee salary payment.

• Work with local Finance team to finalise monthly financial closing.

• Review monthly reporting package submitted by subsidiaries and liaise with in-charge person on reconciliations where necessary.

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly reporting package.

• Handle corporate tax and GST reporting and filing.

• Liaise with auditor and prepare year-end financial statements.

• Liaise with subsidiaries and secretaries/agents on corporate matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate preferred to have at least a Professional Certificate/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

• Experience in project-based costing is preferred.
