• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Alternate Sat 8:30am-12:30pm

• Salary UP $3800

Job Scope:

• Prepare shipping documents, including airway bills and bills of lading

• Assist with permit declarations for import and export activities

• Respond to customer inquiries on airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.

• Assist with booking, pickup arrangements, and shipment tracking.

• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

• Update shipment milestones and events accurately and on time.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment activities.

• Work with operations to improve processes and service quality.

• Communicate shipment updates, delays, or changes to customers.
