• Position : Senior Executive, Legal and Trade Compliance - Up to $5,800 - Changi Business Park
• Location : Changi Business Park
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM 
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities: 

To lead and guide Security Trade Control (Export Control) for SEA Region

• General management on security trade control throughout the Company
• Manage concerned end-user list notification and verification follow up if there is any.
• In charge of export control related process in SAP, such as management of material creation, classification, extension and confirmation from manufacturers; and to release export license after background check & approval from HQ.
• Discuss and seek approval from HQ Legal Export Control team for any transaction for concerned country or miliary related organizations.
• Conduct regular training and distribute security trade control information to all employees especially to sales staff to ensure business transaction compliance
• Prepare & submit the annual sales report to HQ and to attend Global & Asia Export control meeting when available.

To lead, manage and coordinate legal related matters

• Manage contract matter including reviewing contracts (NDA, Agreement, etc), and contract management.
• Handle legal disputes
• Manage Compliance issues such as anti-trust, anti-bribery and to conduct regular legal training including to the affiliates in SEA
• Manage and oversee Personal Data Protection responsibilities, ensuring strict compliance with PDPA, including conducting regular impact assessments to identify gaps and to mitigate data protection risks.
• Conduct legal audit
• Manage internal rules and affiliates legal issues.
• Be the liaison staff between HQ Legal and Affiliates in Southeast Asia region.
• Other compliance if applicable

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in legal, international business, business administration, supply chain management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with trade compliance and some experience of working in law firms or as an in-house legal, business contract review and management.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
