• Basic Salary up to $4,500 with yearly increment based on performance.

• $50 monthly allowance

• $15 per night shift allowance

• Working Days 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday, 7.45am to 7.45pm OR 7.45pm to 7.45am) working timings will change every two weeks

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a QC Lab Technician located in Tuas Ave. Our client is is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions.

• The incumbent works closely with the QC Manager on all aspects of Quality Control, in particular, on product reliability and compliance to all established product standards.  Ensures that all aspects of quality within the organization are upheld.

• This position reports directly to the QC Manager.

• The incumbent maintains overall purviews for all aspects of quality within the organization and hence, is entrusted with developing checks to ensure that standards are maintained and/or exceeded.

• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.

• Conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.

• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.

• Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory use.

• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.

• Work with various departments on maintenance of company quality manuals pertaining to operating procedures.

• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.

• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.

Qualifications:

• Nitec in Chemical Process Technology, Pharm, Biotechnology

• 1 year experience as a QC Lab Technician

• Able to do 12-hours rotating shifts (4-days’ work week and night shift)
