 Duties & Responsibilities

As an LED Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support as needed. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality LED solutions.

1. Installation and Configuration:
   • Install and set up LED lighting systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
   • Configure LED controllers, drivers, and associated components to ensure seamless functionality.
2. Maintenance and Upkeep:
   • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed LED systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
   • Replace faulty components and perform upgrades to enhance system performance.
3. Programming and Tuning:
   • Program LED controllers and drivers to achieve desired lighting effects and meet customer requirements.
   • Fine-tune LED systems for optimal brightness, color accuracy, and energy efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting:
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED installations.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that all LED installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
   • Conduct testing and validation procedures to guarantee the reliability of LED systems.
6. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
   • Create comprehensive documentation for reference and future troubleshooting.
7. Customer Support:
   • Provide technical support to customers and address inquiries related to LED systems.
   • Offer guidance on best practices for optimal system performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experiences in LED installation, programming, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
