Position: Cybersecurity & IT Systems Lead (Assistant Manager/ Regional)
Location: Bedok
Working hours: 5 Days Office Work Week (8.15am to 5.15pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
Developing and overseeing the cybersecurity measures for the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute IT projects that align with the company's strategic goals.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new information systems and technologies.
Manage and coordinate the activities of IT teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the company's information systems.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Recomending upgrades and enhancements to top management, explaining the key benefits of new tech-based investments for the organization.
Assist in managing the team and evaluate their performance.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements and end-user computing..
Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).
Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) will have an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Able to travel up to 25% of the time within SEA.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
