Production Compounder I West I Japanese MNC - #1094562

Responsibilities

• Accurately compound liquid and powder components, including mixing tasks, as per formulation guidelines.

• Receive and execute Work Orders (WO) according to schedule or supervisor instructions.

• Perform all compounding activities using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Maintain cleanliness during the shift, including utensils, tanks, drum tops, racks, and floor mopping as needed.

• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before starting any compounding task to ensure proper handling.

• Verify component weights and temperatures using weighing scales and refrigeration equipment.

• Continuously maintain and improve housekeeping in the production area, ensuring it remains clean and well-organized.

• Ensure raw materials and finished products are properly identified, labeled, and stored on designated shelves.

Requirements:

1. Minimum O-Level qualification; prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

2. Ability to understand and follow basic English instructions and formulations.

3. Proficient in reading weighing scales and converting grams to kilograms.

4. Capable of handling loads ranging from 25kg to 100kg (with trolleys and loading equipment provided).

5. Comfortable working in warm, humid, and strong-smelling environments (non-air-conditioned).

6. Must wear required PPE: gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes, and jumpsuit/overall during work.

7. No known smell or skin allergies to fragrances or flavoring chemicals (F&F).

8. Strong team player and willing to work in rotating shifts.

Additional Information 

• 3 rotating Shift (Day, Noon and Night)

• Basic Salary : $1700

• Shift Allowance : Day ($6), Noon ($14), Night ($28)

• Day - 7:00am - 3:30pm

• Noon - 2:30pm -11pm 

• Night - 10:30pm - 7:00am
