Job Details:
Salary: $2600 -$3000 (depends on experiences)
Working Hour: 5 days’ work week
Working Location: Hemmant Road (Paya Lebar)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support, handle inquiries, and guide individuals on lost item retrieval.
Communicate professionally via in-person, phone, or email.
Liaise with internal teams and external parties for efficient returns.
Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
Accurately key in data and details into the database or system.
Sort and categorize items based on their description and category.
Follow procedures and protocols for handling items, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing the activities,.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of records and the availability of lost item
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
