Role Brief

• Support Sales Initiatives: Optimize the sales process, manage the CRM tool (CW1), and oversee customer and sales reporting.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales support executives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

The Opportunity

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of sales support executives. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training.

• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Commercial, and Business Process teams to implement new and existing sales initiatives.

• CRM Data Quality: Advocate for and improve CRM data quality.

• Data Analysis: Analyze weekly and monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost).

• Reporting: Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with bids, proposals, and ad-hoc requests like sending out quotations.

Key Qualifications for Success

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and inside sales administration. Prior experience in forwarding / forwarding sales support roles is highly preferred. 

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding operations is essential.

• Proactivity: Capable of handling internal coordination, client support, and follow-ups with the sales team.

• Minimal Travel: Mainly office-based with occasional client visits if needed.
