Finance Manager (Full Set Financial Reporting) - Manufacturing - #1094502

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Singapore. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, conducting financial audits, and providing financial reports. The role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finance function of Business Units in charge of Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities

• Responsible for costing/ pricing calculation and system setup/ maintenance

• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities

• Responsible for analyzing and presenting monthly financial performance with senior management team

• Responsible for annual budget preparation for Business Units

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements/ regulations, including but not limited to statutory accounts, tax and other business filings

• Responsible for all liaising work with internal/external auditors, banks, tax agents and other statutory bodies

• Responsible for all maintenance and update of SOP for the Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities

• Responsible for review and continuous improvements works related to processes in Business Units

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management skills

• Experience in financial operations and audits

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Relevant finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
