Job Description:
· Ensure documents from operation are in order for billing
· Co-ordinate with operation admin when necessary
· Issuance of billing, credit notes if any
· Update all relevant projects’ Excel file for billing and collection
· Filing, box up, photocopying and scanning of relevant documents
· Send monthly Statement of Account for all outstanding
· Monitoring, chasing of outstanding collection
· Covering of duty of colleague will be required when necessary
· Any other ad-hoc duties not listed above and as assigned whenever required
· Must be a team player
Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" level / "A" level or equivalent.
· Proficient in MS Excel & Computer literate.
· Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Consideration will also be given to applicants with no working experience.
