• Manages projects cost and financial status with effective cost estimation and budgeting

• Projects contracts management include negotiation terms with contractors and subcontractors

• Regularly tracks on projects costs and expenses, manage budgets to ensure within the contract price

• Maximizes the projects profit margin through effective costs management

• Complies with local laws and regulations

• Assist in resolve disputes with clients and contractors

• Prepare regular cost updates to project leader

Job Requirements:

• Min. a Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience

• Details oriented

• Strong analytical skills

• Good communication skills and able to work with all levels of stakeholders

• Excellent in cost estimation and cost management

• A great team player
