About the role

As an Estimator at Rhythme Technology Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and ensuring successful project delivery. Your work will involve detailed analysis, comprehensive risk assessment, and effective collaboration with project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a range of construction projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks and develop appropriate contingency plans

• Collaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other team members to ensure estimates align with project requirements

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing changes, and new construction techniques to optimize cost estimates

What we're looking for

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable cost estimates
