Customer Care Specialist - Join a Global Tech Leader!
Location: Ang Mo Kio (New Office!)
Client: Largest Multinational IT Company, Headquartered in Singapore
Contract Duration: Immediate Start - 1 Year Contract
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm + Alternate Saturdays, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Salary: $2,300 - $2,600

Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding workforce policies and regulations. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert guidance, and offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and identify issues related to policies and procedures, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear and open communication.
- Stay updated on new and changing policies to ensure accurate and effective customer advice.
- Handle high volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage stress effectively.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with taking a high volume of calls.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a must.
