Assistant Mechanical Engineer - #1094379

Client Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift.

• Tuas (Have Company Transport) 

• Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus 

• Manufacturing industry (MNC)
   

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily machine checks and perform preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and optimize machine performance.

• Modify PLC programs (GX, CX Developer) and work with the company systems.

• Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Interpret technical drawings for maintenance and repair.

• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving machine reliability.

• Recommend and implement process and equipment improvements.

• Analyze machine trends and suggest corrective actions.

• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness; follow ISO and safety standards.

• Assist in audits, admin duties, and project execution.

• Collaborate with teams to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related courses.

• No experience required. On-the-job training would be provided.
