• Manage route logistics, including road closures, safety measures, traffic planning, and signage placement.
• Lead event execution, managing logistics procurements and deploying event crew and volunteers.
• Support event operations, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
• Take charge of ground crew during event build-up, live operations, and teardown.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure seamless event setup and delivery.
• Tackle on-site challenges to ensure the event continues smoothly.
• Contribute to event debrief, own the evaluation process, and drive improvements for future editions.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to correlate and link information from various sources to formulate a sound strategy and plan.
• Ability to stay adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. (Off-in-lieu will be given accordingly)
• Passionate about events and excited to grow in the industry.
• An individual who takes pride in their work (as the rest of us strongly do), cares to think beyond and is very objective driven will be a strong plus.
Your journey with PICH starts here:
• Work on large-scale, high-impact events; captivating thousands of participants while meeting the client’s objective.
• Opportunities to take on leadership opportunities, building your career and portfolio.
• Learn across different event functions, from route operations to full event logistics.
• Collaborate with a passionate, energetic team that values creativity, innovation, and action.
• Grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment at PICH, where collaboration, trust, and continuous development and support will help you and the company level up.
