Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telemarketing & Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
Send out appointment reminders and handle customers’ responses.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Prepare Sales Quotation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum “N” levels
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
Other Information
Work Week: 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm)
Salary : Basic + Commission
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
