System & Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) - #1094270

Responsibilities:

• To provide maintenance support for large-scale fleet management operation system.

• Maintains Software, IT systems and onboard systems operations

• Troubleshooting and respond to incidents / faults for both system and application (including being on standby)

• Regular operation & maintenance activities and Testing and deployment (e.g. system checks, patching, updates etc.)

• Providing technical support for end users, including heading to site

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer information or equivalent.

• Investigate, maintenance of application.

• Troubleshooting skillset.

• Preferable with working experience in IT Systems and application support.

• On-The-Job training will be provided

• Able to work well in a team as well as independent
