Distribution Centre Assistant Manager - #1094252

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, supervisors and team members.

• Responsible for the coordination of all warehousing and distribution functions, including warehouse management system, inventory control, automation system, maintenance, inbound & outbound shipping and delivery arrangement.

• Responsible for staff discipline to upkeep company service level and quality assurance while facilitation effective training & development for warehouse personnel.

• Liaise closely with internal marketing, sales, vendor service representative, customer service representative to meet vendor & customers’ needs and requirements.

• Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.

• In full compliance to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), ISO Quality and Security requirements of the company.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Supply Chain and Logistic and any field.

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the High-Tech Industry/ Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position.

• Experience and proficiency in requirements management, project management and solution definition.

• Solid organization and multi-tasking skills and good in providing business solution.

• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in bilingual.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work independent with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast-paces environment.
