About the Job

8:30am - 6pm
$2400 - $2800 (Basic)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange import and export shipments and coordinate with freight partners and customers to ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth delivery of shipments to and from various destinations.

• Handle import/export documentation and ensure all paperwork complies with regulations.

• Process shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, and Permits.

• Oversee team activities, monitor performance, and provide progress updates.

• Receive daily job orders and update transportation schedules, ensuring timely communication.

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly billings and invoices.

• Perform billing, cost analysis, and follow up on payments.

• Implement and improve features in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Support company values and track progress toward organizational goals.

• Carry out basic administrative tasks related to billing, costing, and payments.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only

• Min 1 to 2 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.

• Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred

• Minimum education O or N level

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
