RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle workshop paperwork, including job cards, invoices, and filing.

• Assist customers with service bookings and general enquiries.

• Organize and schedule workshop jobs, vehicle movements, and deployments.

• Record parts usage, stock movement, and job completion details accurately.

• Prepare basic workshop reports, job cards, and quotations.

• Maintain and update drivers’ personal files (Driver P-Files).

• Record and track vehicle movement and deployment.

• Perform general administrative work for the dormitory, including record-keeping and monitoring.

• Support the workshop team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Ensure records are neat, accurate, and up to date.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma Holder with at least 2 years of working experience

• Proficient in MS office

• Organized and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
