Role Mission:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, organizing storage, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, handling manpower planning, seeking overtime approvals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The Executive will also handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job description

1.     Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods.

2.     Ensure proper documentation and data entry into the Autocount system for all inventory movements.

3.     Conduct stock take and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

4.     Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.

5.     Inspect incoming goods for damages and discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolution.

6.     Ensure the correct and safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, power pallet jacks, stackers, and
reach trucks.

7.     Monitor and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among warehouse staff.

8.     Coordinate and plan outbound deliveries with the logistics team, ensuring timely dispatch.

9.     Coordinate damage stocks and repacking procedures as per SOP.

10.  Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

11.  Assist in preparing reports on warehouse performance, damages, and stock levels.

12.  Handle stock write-offs, expired/damaged goods management with proper documentation and photographic evidence.

13.  Handle manpower planning, task assignment, and ensure manpower adequacy for daily operations.

14.  Seek and obtain overtime (OT) approvals when necessary and manage OT records.

15.  Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.

16.  Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirements:

·     Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

·     Knowledge of ERP and WMS experience is an advantage.

·     Forklift license and ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.

·     Good organizational, time management, and manpower handling skills.

·     Ability to work independently and in a team.

·     Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

·     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·     Able to lift heavy items when necessary.

·     Able to work independently and manage a team effectively under pressure.
