Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment.
• In charge of month end attendance process for salary.
• Leave application and checking for employee.
• Medical Claim Reimbursement for employee.
• Handle worker's accommodation, dormitory arrangement and attend worker's enquiry and request.
• Responsible to key in accounting journal for site expense.
• Assist in copier machine arrangement for construction site.
• Government license application and renewal.
• Cover receptionist when necessary.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Working location: Jalan Tukang, Jurong West
• Fast paced working environment (Construction Industry)
