Job Responsibilities:

·       To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of general material / hardware for project site according to product evolution, specification and requirements.

·       To handle price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparison for management’s approval.

·       To generate Purchase Order according to Material Requisition from site personnel.

·       To generate monthly purchase reports.

·       To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.

·       To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

·       Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.

·       At least 3 years of relevant experience.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suites

·       Positive Attitude

·       Meticulous and organized.

·       Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
