About the Company:
We are a rapidly growing company in the mothercare and B2B Packaging solutions industry, dedicated to providing high-quality baby products and a seamless shopping experience. As we expand, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 staff across warehouse and operations.

• Work closely with the ground team to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

• Supervise order fulfillment, from processing to last-mile delivery.

• Handle logistics coordination, including inbound/outbound shipments and vendor management.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.

• Work closely with management to support business expansion and operational scaling.

• Be available for major sales campaigns, including occasional weekends when required.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on leader who enjoys working on the ground with the team.

• Prior experience in operations management (logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or related industries).

• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff.

• Adaptable and eager to learn, even if not from an eCommerce background.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges in real time.

• Thrives in a fast-growing environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (Support required on selected weekends for major sales campaigns)
