Job description
- Responsible for target sales margin, item win rate and item amount win rate in Singapore office.
- Responsible for consolidate whole dept Purchaser’s resources and ability to achieve the best performance and sales output in Singapore office.
- Responsible for purchasing target in Singapore set up by HQ, also responsible for management of whole team in Sales and Purchasing dept.
- Coordinate and support technical and site service team to achieve site service sales volume target.
- Full compliance with Purchasing SOP of RMS, training the team member in the dept to fulfil all quotation, purchasing order process.
- Ensure the purchasing team has the highest purchase order fulfil rate.
- Motivate and influence whole team to enhance a strong teamwork with own dept and other depts, keep up positive and passion attitude atmosphere, recognize and evaluate each member’s contribution and performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting and appraisal.
- Fully execute the policy given by company and keep fully execution, take part in all trainings organized by company to improve management ability.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Good communication skills and team-work awareness, strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Good in English speaking, listening, writing and reading
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Disciplined, Honest and Integrity
- Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment
- Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion. Attention to detail, multi-tasking and strong follow through required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
- Having respect for colleagues;
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a matrixed organization
- Influence and inspire ability to drive all team member’s passion to work hard and smartly
- Time management and task assignment ability for self and team members
- Demonstrated continuous commitment to a focus on excellence in internal and external customer service
- Make the quality of the customer's experience a primary drive of work activity
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
