Descriptions:

·        Handle queries from customer related to customs process with Singapore Customs

·        Preparation and review of KPI slides with Singapore operations

·        Handle KPI Review with customers

·        Gather new requirements from customers to update/create SOPs

·        Handle first level of escalation from customers on permit errors and delays

·        Respond to queries from customers related to declaration process with internal operations.

·        Liaising with customers to resolve permit declaration queries with operations

·        Communicate constantly within the operations team to be up to date with customers’ requirements

Requirements:

·        Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields with customer service work experiences

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

·        It is an added advantage to be familiar with freight terms, import/export documentation, and shipment tracking
