Sales Engineer (ACMV) - #1093751

Job Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a driven individual to lead our sales team in strategizing channel priorities, strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand presence.

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our ACMV product range (e.g., Air Diffusion Products, Fabric Ducts, etc.).

• Develop and grow new accounts, particularly among ACMV contractors.

• Drive sales strategies with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.

• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in a timely, professional manner, with consistent follow-ups.

• Forecast demand and ensure adequate stock availability.

• Resolve customer-related sales matters efficiently and professionally.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet all logistics and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) is a must.

• Diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized polytechnic.

• Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

• Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term customer focus.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.

• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and hardworking attitude.

• Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Additional Info:

• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Sales Engineer Manager role.

• Salary range stated excludes sales commission.

• Transport allowance will be provided for candidates using a personal vehicle.
