Accounts Assistant - #1093741

Job Requirements:

• Manage and process AP functions, including invoices and statements of account
• Communicate and liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoice issues
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and schedules
• Provide backup support for AP team members during leave periods
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification or Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work professionally and meet deadlines
