We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is not only technically skilled but also driven to create solutions that directly enhance healthcare delivery.

You be part of innovative team focusing in developing and optimizing our bot AI application, contributing to everything from architecture design to deployment and continuous improvement. As part of our cross-functional innovation team, you'll work alongside experts in Product Design, UI/UX, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI—helping us deliver real-world, AI-powered solutions that make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of AI-powered healthcare applications.

• Lead the development lifecycle from planning to deployment, including managing AWS DevOps infrastructure.

• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.

• Integrate APIs and LLM-powered features (e.g., RAG pipelines) to drive intelligent healthcare tools.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and medical professionals to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Write clean, testable, and scalable code while conducting peer code reviews.

• Continuously improve application performance, security, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong in either JavaScript (React, Vue, etc.) or Python, and fluent in web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs).

• Hands-on experience with cloud services, especially AWS DevOps and infrastructure deployment.

• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with SQL databases and backend architecture.

• Knowledge or interest in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or other Gen AI frameworks is a strong plus.
