Job Description & Requirements

• Reports to Subcontracts Manager
• Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
• Prepare the tender document for new subcontract bidding
• Review of Subcontractor’s proposal
• Make a Subcontract Agreement
• Review Subcontractor’s payment claim and prepare payment response
• Budgetary review of Subcontractor’s claim issue
• Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
• Focus on site issues for site progression

Job requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self-motivated and good leadership
• Singaporean Only
• Willing to commit 5.5 working days each week
• Location: Woodlands
• Project: Viaducts
