Sales Operations & Claims Support Associate (3-month contract with leading telco)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in validating and processing sales claims and promotional rebate submissions from retail partners

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in line with internal audit and compliance standards

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and improve submission accuracy

• Gain exposure to commercial processes, operations workflow, and stakeholder communication in a major telco environment

• Support ad hoc projects and data analysis related to partner performance and claims accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable and VLOOKUP functions

• Willing to work overtime when required

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

• Singaporeans only
