About the Role:
Our client, a leading MNC engineering company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their dynamic team at Jurong East. If you have strong experience in order management, customer service, and a passion for delivering excellent support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process business inquiries, working closely with internal teams and customers to meet expectations and deadlines.

• Prepare and issue commercial quotations promptly and accurately.

• Manage and monitor orders through to shipment, liaising with manufacturing plants and sub-suppliers.

• Enter and maintain quotes, orders, and customer data; check stock availability as needed.

• Partner with Application Engineers to provide technical support and solutions for electrical equipment during quotation and order stages.

• Meet and exceed KPI targets related to sales, quotation turnaround, order management, customer satisfaction, and hit rates.

• Collaborate with clients to address conflicts or design changes proactively to avoid project delays.

• Support the Sales team by working closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Levels, or equivalent qualifications.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management, with a strong track record.

• Hands-on experience with SAP systems is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism.

• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).

• Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented work style.

• Able to work under pressure and eager to learn and grow.
