Customer Services / Operation Executive - Airfreight / Seafreight
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Locations: Changi Airfreight Centre / Bukit Merah
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)
Provide timely shipment updates to customers
Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements
Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents
Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in airfreight or sea freight customer service or logistics
Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation
Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
