Responsibilities:-
- Overseeing day to day operation in the workshop in terms of employee presence and overall discipline.
- Manage and monitor smooth coordination of daily duties within the zone in the workshop.
- Plan and schedule work for proper distribution of operational route requirement.
- Manpower planning to ensure full Operation Division.
- Monitor the entire premises maintenance.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Good leadership skills.
- Knowledge in construction equipment, spare parts an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to communicate with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Posses valid Class 3 driving license.
