Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)
• Provide timely shipment updates to customers
• Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
• Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics
• Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent requests
• Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a good team player
