Warehouse Executive (E-Commerce/Retail) - #1093551

Cool Brands Pte. Ltd. is a small and young company with brands like Pristine Aroma and Kapsä.

Key responsibilities

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders

• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods

• Secure and manage part timers, including training, scheduling, and performance management

• Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Basic administrative work like invoicing, printing, and mail sending.

• Basic warehouse maintenance work like stock count, tidiness, and pantry/material replenishment.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

• Assist in any other duties as required

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistic / supply chain environment

• Basic excel skills required

• E-Commerce knowledge is a plus

• Meticulous with excellent attention to details

• Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.

Working Conditions:

Hours: On site, Full-time 9.30-6pm; week end shift work may be required depending on the company’s operational needs.
