Job Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Achievement of individual and team annual sales targets
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Profitability of Business Units product sales and overall profit margins
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Monitor and conduct weekly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, customer service and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals
Provide training and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in linear technology or related industries
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
In-depth understanding of the machine tool industry, semiconductor, medical devices, and metrology and inspection industries
