Are you a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant looking to join a fast-paced and rewarding agency environment? Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Staffing Executive to join our team based in the Paya Lebar/ Jurong East / Toa Payoh Region. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team in supporting our clients' hiring needs.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews to identify top talent

• Proactively source, attract and build relationships with high-quality candidates

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job order to placement

• Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients

• Collaborate with the wider team to meet and exceed recruitment targets

• Provide excellent customer service and candidate care throughout the process

What we're looking for

• Keen on doing recruitment sales role (No experience required, Training Provided)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

• A proactive and driven approach with a passion for delivering results
