Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Customer Service
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, guests, and members.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain reception and common areas in tip-top condition.
Community Management
Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs.
Plan and coordinate small community events, networking sessions, or workshops.
Gather and act on feedback to improve the member experience.
Admin & Operations
Support onboarding and offboarding of members.
Handle room bookings, event space, and basic billing queries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure space readiness.
Sales Support
Assist with workspace tours for potential clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records of walk-ins and leads.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level and above
Friendly, energetic, and people-oriented
Organised and detail-focused, able to juggle tasks independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using basic tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
