The Delivery Lead, reports to the Head of Enterprise Communications and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple enterprise projects. The individual will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring client satisfaction, driving project delivery excellence, and contributing to the overall profitability and growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a customer-centric environment.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, pre-sales and sales to ensure seamless project execution

  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and resolving any issues or risks that may impact project delivery

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance measures are in place

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive project success

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions, working closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project profitability, including cost optimization and revenue enhancement

  • Track project performance against budget and identify areas for improvement

 

Qualities We Value

  • At least 12 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a focus on delivering multiple projects

  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the public sector

  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction

  • Experience with financial management and project profitability analysis

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Working location is in Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio
