THE POSITION: Senior Marketing Executive

We seek a passionate & experienced marketer to develop & execute strategic marketing plans across digital, social, video & traditional channels. You'll manage campaigns, create content, oversee social media, & build partnerships to drive brand awareness & user growth in Singapore.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Local Marketing Execution: implement local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity
  • Partnership Management: Take ownership of forming and managing regional strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including restaurants, hospitality partners, and other relevant Organizations.
  • User Retention: Work with the CRM team to ensure push, email, and in-app campaigns to help drive an increase in existing users and churned users. 
  • Campaign Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics and market trends


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:


  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Communication, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in the digital and social media space
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysia/Singapore markets and user bases.
  • Experience with video marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including managing potential marketing support staff.
