Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service oriented Junior Personal Assistant to support the daily needs of a high-profile family. The Junior Personal Assistant will work with the Senior Executive Assistant to deliver unparalleled service in a sophisticated environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, have a natural ability to anticipate needs, and deal with sensitive and confidential situations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Executive Assistant with managing personal and travel scheduling, ensuring an efficient itinerary and anticipating adjustments based on the family's needs.
- Conduct in-depth research on high-end dining, private air travel options, and exclusive global experiences to suit the family’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Coordinate with the household team to ensure seamless packing and travel arrangements, aligning with the family’s preferences and schedule.
- Track and manage the family’s lifestyle preferences and reservations worldwide.
- Provide hands-on support with private events, and oversee vendor coordination.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling all personal and confidential matters related to the family’s lifestyle and assets.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably within a family office, luxury service, or UHNW environment.
- Prior experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle complex schedules across multiple time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building trusted relationships with service providers, vendors, and household staff.
- A poised, adaptable demeanour with experience in high-touch, service-focused environments is highly advantageous.
