The Product Management team at Shopee serves as the key liaison between the business, engineering, and design teams. The team is tasked with implementing strategies, roadmaps, and features that align with business goals. Their scope covers various functions, including Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, and Seller Service. Job Description:

  • Design and implement product solutions to improve user experience with a specific focus on post purchase user journey
  • Drive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow
  • Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
  • Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, and Engineering Engineering
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data driven approaches
  • Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
  • At least 1 year of prior working experience in either product management, operations, or process optimization
