Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

Job Description

We are seeking a Gaming Quality Management Assistant, offering an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about gaming. In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to organizing and managing teams to achieve quality goals within the gaming industry. Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting and building the testing team, fostering team building and development, and promoting cooperation across teams. Additionally, you will participate in optimizing testing efficiency, analyzing test data to identify patterns, and collaborating with the quality control team and external partners to ensure content quality and integration within gaming products. You will take on responsibilities to ensure product and game operation quality, with a focus on improving overall team performance. This position offers a developmental opportunity for recent graduates to grow in the field of quality management within the gaming sector.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Strong interest and deep understanding of gaming.

Willingness to develop in the field of software testing, particularly within gaming.

Team player with the ability to integrate into teams and contribute positively.

Strong learning ability and capability to quickly acquire new skills.

Ability to work under pressure, have strong interest in and passion for games.

Basic analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Internship experience in leading a team to complete projects is preferred.

Basic knowledge of programming languages: (C++,C,C#,php,Python).

Familiarity with major operating systems and network protocols.
