Who We Are Looking For?

As a Supply Chain Executive in the Project Team, he/she is responsible for supply chain process improvements and other related responsibilities – which may include re-thinking and develop ideas on process improvements which involves supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfilment process and etc. This role will also collaborate with different teams to roll out the changes and ensure compliance with company’s guidelines and standards.

What Awaits You:

• Responsible in re-thinking and develop ideas on supply chain process improvements and collaborate with different teams to roll out the changes.
• Process improvements include supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfilment process and etc.
• Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines and standards while improving the process.
• Involve in process improvement projects on streamlining and improving productivity.
• Develop and generate reports to measure and checks on inventory, capacity management, service level and etc.
• Monitor and support audit checks on ROS guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Assist in sourcing and perform assessment checks on non-trade suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation of systems or new processes.
• Responsible for business processes that relate to end-to-end Supply Chain from planning and forecasting to logistics management.

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; preferably with specialization in the area of Supply Chain, Operation Research, or other quantitative business discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years on supply chain planning work experience preferably within FMCG or Retail vertical
• Fresh graduates may be considered if clear evidence on potential is assessed during job interviews.
• Must have ability to collaborate effectively, work cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment
• Analytical, solid on role ownership and both process and result oriented,
• Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours especially under tight deadline situation
• Possess positive work attitude, able to operate independently and multi-task even under tight deadline
• Comprehensive understanding of how supply chain works and associated risk necessary
• Proficient in use of quantitative methods to analyse situations and solve business problems
• Proficiency with MS Office required, intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel helpful
• Familiar with ERP system and data visualization software
• Experience with SLIM4 Forecasting App, Power BI will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Business acumen/sound judgment essential
• Project Management Skills
